Audit Scope

A clear map of the appointment trail we read — and the edges we leave alone.

Inside a typical audit window

We agree a sample period before work begins. Inside that window we usually examine:

  1. Booking starts — requests that entered the app, including unfinished ones
  2. Confirmations — customer and advisor acknowledgements
  3. Reminders — timing and wording of automated messages
  4. Arrivals and no-shows — what the floor recorded versus what the calendar promised
  5. Job-card progress — where updates pause between diagnosis and handover
  6. Rebook prompts — whether completed jobs invite a next visit

Outside the fence

Parts purchasing, technician payroll, and marketing spend stay out unless they appear as fields on the same appointment record. We also skip competitor benchmarking that would require guessing other workshops’ numbers.

Why this page exists

Owners sometimes ask for “full analytics.” We would rather show the fence upfront so the Workshop App Performance Audit stays honest. If your question sits inside this map, request a briefing.
