Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Appbloompath engagements: Workshop App Performance Audits, Booking Funnel Reviews, Advisor Report Reading Sessions, and Monthly Service App Briefings. It does not cover software licences or physical goods because we do not sell them.

Eligibility window

Refund requests should be emailed to info@appbloompath.click within 14 days of the event that triggers eligibility (cancellation, material breach of scope, or billing error).

Full refunds

  • Deposit refunded in full if we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control
  • Full fee refunded if we fail to deliver the agreed written brief after receiving required materials on time

Partial refunds

  • If you cancel an audit or funnel review more than 10 working days before the kickoff date, we refund fees paid minus an administrative charge of MYR 350
  • If you cancel between 10 and 3 working days before kickoff, 50% of fees paid may be retained for preparation already started
  • Work already delivered (for example a completed findings brief) is non-refundable

Non-refundable items

  • Completed Advisor Report Reading Sessions after the session start time
  • Monthly briefing fees for months already briefed
  • Third-party meeting-room costs purchased at your request

Deposits

The 40% audit/funnel deposit reserves the sample window. It is credited toward the final invoice. Forfeiture rules follow the cancellation timings above.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed with at least 5 working days’ notice. Later changes may incur a MYR 200 calendar fee.

No-shows

If client attendees miss a scheduled kickoff or session without 24 hours’ notice, that segment is charged as delivered. We will offer one replacement slot within 30 days when calendars allow.

Materials already purchased

If you asked us to print workshop booklets or hire a room, those documented costs are deducted from any refund.

Process and timing

Email info@appbloompath.click with your engagement reference, reason, and preferred refund method (original payment route where possible). Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days.
