Purpose
We use data to answer briefing requests, perform contracted reviews, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Contact enquiries are kept up to 24 months unless a longer relationship begins. Engagement files are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and professional records, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics cookies follow the durations listed on the cookies page.
Your rights

We limit access to engagement files to people working on your matter and use access controls on shared folders. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers through the public contact form.
