Prices are guidance for planning. Final fees appear in the engagement letter after we confirm scope.
How we price
Most work is a fixed project fee. Retainers apply only to the monthly briefing. Nothing here is a software subscription, and we do not take payment online.

What changes the fee
- Multiple branches sharing one app tenant
- Sample windows longer than two weeks
- Translation of the findings brief into Bahasa Malaysia in addition to English
- Travel beyond Johor for on-site kickoffs
Deposits
Audits and funnel reviews require a 40% deposit to reserve the sample window. Monthly briefings invoice at the start of each month. See the refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
