Services described

Pages describing audits, briefings, funnel reviews, and sessions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign or otherwise accept a written engagement letter stating scope, fees, and dates.

Intellectual property

Site copy, visual design, and findings briefs remain the property of Appbloompath unless the engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to the client for internal use. You may not republish our site content for commercial purposes without permission.

Client materials

You confirm you have the right to share appointment exports and app access needed for an engagement. You remain responsible for anonymising personal data where your policies require it before sharing.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Appbloompath is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on findings briefs. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
